Plans look great, amazing you kept downstairs loo as potty training is easier with a toilet on each level. Also the study would be great as a playroom for baby girl and maybe a sofa bed in there. Having 2 kids myself, now we have a playroom with no toys in our living room it’s much nicer, not having to look at bright plastic toys in the evening whilst relaxing x

Hi Imogen💗 Its already looking so great! I did notice something in bedr 3 that your door swings open into the actual space. For the best usage of space it is mostly advised to have the doors swing open towards a wall where it doesnt obstruct the open space if you know what I mean. You might have done it this way of your own reasons of vourse but I just wanted to mention it in case! Lots of love! Xx
