Abby thanks so much for the review, I have just bought one (2 weeks ago) and I will never look back. I walk around 11 miles a day due to my job and this has been a life saver. I've been looking for a good foot massager and so far I see that Renpho is the best for the price. Everyone is giving it a good review. Thank you for the video. It helps when deciding what to go with. I also have plantar fasciitis and know the pain we all go through. I have been taking fish oil and that has also helped with inflammation.

I know you mentioned that you ran the machine five times in a row but as a precaution it does say in the user manual to let it rest for 30 minutes after every 30 minute use. Just wanted to put it out there.

Hi, Thank you for the good review. Short question : do you have to be seated straight and have your legs vertical 90° to the ground in order to put your feet inside the massager, or can you be seated more comfortably in a sofa for example, where your legs are no longer in a vertical position and are having an angle to the ground ? Hi Kim! It works best if seated straight with your legs vertical as you make direct contact with all the massage components. However, it is still useable if used in a more angled seating position just wont get the full effect if youth feet aren't flat in this massager.

Hello OS, my feet are a size 10, and smallest foot size of someone else who has used mine was a size 8, and it worked well for her. I can't speak to whether its as effective with smaller feet as I don't have experience with that.

I have this. Not sure if all foot massagers are like this one but I'm not a big fan of it. When air intensity is on high it HURTS!!! When it's on medium or even low, it doesn't do enough. It seems too weak when kneading and air intensity are low or even medium. So I think the only option is high but when it's high it hurts.

Thank for sharing! I agree the high air intensity is strong, I initally used low then medium and worked my way up to high (I believe it says to start low in the manual as well). I actually like the high intensity it provides good massage for me. And sorry to hear it's not working out for you, liking how a foot massager feels is definitely a personal preference.

Hello, in my experience it massages the bottom of your heels nicely with kneading. I do have womens size 10US feet so where the kneading components land on you may vary depending on your foot size.

Hello Kristian! Theres a few differences: 1st) the heat is stronger/warmer. 2nd) Now it has heat positioning options (full foot/ instep/ bottom of foot). The older model only had 1 bottom of foot heat option that was fairly weak and not really felt much especially when wearing socks. 3rd) I've noticed the high air pressure setting is now stronger. I personally love the upgraded heat function its especially in the winter time to warm up cold feet & as a reminder the heat can be turned off completely if desired.

Hello, I'm not sure about athletes foot but I've had swollen feet and Plantar Fasciitis which is painful when walking. And this Renpho foot massager helped me tremendously. It provides a great massage and helped relive some pain and improve circulation in my feet!
