Hello Renzo, I have a question Can you do the underpainting with Graphite pencil?I hate using charcoal, i heard graphite since being a lubicant tends to show up after a while, but I have seen many teachers using it. I wonder if I can spray fixative like I do with My Charcoal to prevent coming up.I found it is good to spray fixative on top of the charcoal drawing, because if I have to erase with solvent the drawing is not destroyed at all.

It is because of hard edges everywhere on the face, the better the balance between soft and sharp edges less cartoony is going to look
