Good deal. The super cheap condos I see for sale/rent are sleeping rooms with no kitchen facilities. I know most guys aren’t doing a lot of cooking but a kitchen sink and a cooktop are needed.

Really nice video. Assume Rachel is a realtor that can help us out with renting? Only a 12min walk to Pupen Seafood to catch the baht bus. Definitely the quiet end of the beach but it's like living in the local part of Las Vegas...easy to get to the action.

Hmm I was thinking about renting this for 2 months but the google reviews are terrible m8. No deposit returns and nasty manager who would rather call the police on you than give back your deposit . What's the deal bro? I want more information about these issues please.

These units are rented by the owner, not through building management. In Thailand, it's common to require 2 months deposit and 1 month in advance. 1 month of deposit becomes agent's fee and you do not get it back. Many people don't understand this and don't read the lease agreement where it is called out. Make sure you know the rental terms.

I have seen these pop up in my notifications. They are very small but as a try first/ cheap base to keep stuff while you travel around they seem to be perfect. Keep you a bit distanced from the temptations as well 😉 😊
