This episode I particularly liked it as it's not just focusing on touring the apartment, but it's also showing a enthusiasm and energy of a young man renting a posh apartment. If he is doing so, he must have a serious entrepreneurial mindset and a gist to grow. Even, Vishal shown a good energy being host. Overall nice episode and much appreciated. Would love to see more n more house tours like this from this tenant epsiode series. Kudos !

Bhai Andheri se lower parel train first class 1 month pass will be 1k...it is not that bad! Honestly u r foolish to pay this kind of rent! People don't want to use public transport and then will complain that there is traffic in mumbai.

@@atanudey7054 there is a reason why public transport exists...metros r there..ac locals are increased and ac ticket is conviently priced at 100 rupees still people want to use cabs... Anderi to lower parel commute via trains is less than 30 mins...but u still prefer to spend 50k rent...the question is saving 1hr daily for him must be equivalent to earning 50k..who knows

@@kakeskkd you can find an example this series itself. Search for the tenant 2.3L rent. They are salaried and paying that much rent so yes possible very much. A real life example is of a friend's father salaried pays a rent of 3L per month in worli, Mumbai. Mumbai provides unparalleled earning opportunities with right qualifications, experience and skills the sky is the limit even for salaried people

@@DruvJain-tu4gy I get it, I know ppl pay unthinkable amount as rent in Mumbai but does Mumbai give you the quality of life for the taxes you pay? Outside of the grand residential societies of course. You step outside of your 60cr Flat and you’re back in a 3rd world nation with poor infra & the same chaotic life.

I lived in nashik, This guy can hire 4 full time employees in nashik by paying 45k with office rent. The rooms are tiny and no galleries lol. No ventilation. Man nashik is full of greenery and one of the best cities to live in. People from Mumbai are going to nashik. And I don't know what business he does and how much money he makes. But this is a very bad decision according to me.

This society gives him free access to top corporate honchos of India with wealth if experience and networking. Neither paying a cheaper rent in other parts of Mumbai or Nashik will give him that. That's his cost.
