Try upgrading your dynamos. Check your power supply there should be upgrade button on the right side below, you have to upgrade them if you need to build buildings or facilities. Check the 3 of them

Dynamo is the power that runs your city, electricity is the one you use when you need to build amenities. In order for you to have more electricity when you tap your dynamo there should be a small green upgrade icon down on your right side of the screen. Tap upgrade if you max them all you should’ve enough to build all the buildings in sleepless city🙌🏻

Did you complete first the suburb before going to sleepless city? Cause ive maxed out the apartments and rooms but not the facility cause it is so much costly, but sleepless is open to be played

Yes, I maxed out all the facilities and rooms before I moved to sleepless city, but you can move without maxing the facilities just the rooms and furnitures 🙌🏻

If you tap on utility there should be small upgrade button below right side. You don’t need dynamo to build, you need to upgrade your Power Supply Capacity that’s your electricity 🙌🏻

No, you just have to upgrade your water utility. If you tap the water plus sign on your upper left screen it’ll take you there. 🙌🏻
