Me and my son had the same discussion. Here in the UK, mortgage monthly payments are cheaper than rent to a landlord so it makes sense to be paying for something that will eventually be yours. Great topic for discussing 👏 👍 ❤

Blessings to you on either choice you make, my lease ends next month as well, my rents actually doubled! I cannot afford it, my income hasn’t changed. These landlords don’t have feelings for us! Ultimately through the grace of god 1 day I will be able to purchase a modest home for myself & little boy! Maybe a condo. & since you’re not big on the outside keep up, that maybe a choice for you.🙏🏽

There are definitely a lot of pros and cons but the biggest pro is that buying a home is an investment and it’s yours. You are actually paying yourself to live instead of some big company. It does cost a lot to buy. Best wishes for what ever choice you make Morgan!❤
