I love fried pumpkin all I do is take the skin off and cut it up into small pieces and put a little bit of water and steam it when the water evaporates and onions,salt, pepper and oil and add start frying it and mash until desired texture until cooked through,I sometimes eat it with rice for lunch or with fried dumplings for dinner 🍽️ yummy 😋

Watched it on TV last night was a great video very entertaining good job you built that shelter its come in handy 🥰 I also saw a Video by Bling Lifestyle he went to the Bullring market in Bham Uk to buy yam etc and he got a yam a quarter of the size of yours and it cost £5 😯..1018 JA dollars I was shocked how expensive it was and small he got the stall holder to rub it in lemon for him food is very expensive now
