Hey Rory! Just wanted to tell you thanks a bunch for jumping in the pic with my daughter in front of your buggy at the chute during the off road games. I wasn’t expecting it and neither was she! Absolutely made her day! You’re a solid dude! She loves the videos with you and Lily.

Good video of this pullout. Smarter, not harder. I just love the sound of Trail Mater's big block gurgle in the low rpm range being a torque monster.
@mrk852110 ай бұрын
It's crazy how the camera(and your driving) makes that look like a fairly tame obstacle. When you pull up to that for the first time in real life that is definitely not the case. I thought real hard about chickening out when we were there last summer. Lol. Definitely good to go with people who know what they're doing if you don't have the experience

I've enjoyingly watched Rory enough to know that if he did EVER go against the grain, against what he has said, as far as a solution to a particular problem is concerned (AND because he's not a hypocrite and usually is very consistent), it's mainly because the scenario dictated that he pick the solution that's the lessor of the two evils! I appreciate that you have that type logic - it's reliably consistent, which in difficult, challenging, and ever changing conditions, is exactly the mindset one should possess!

Finesse. I started watching this truck long before there was a channel. It makes period correct noise. I let this video play in the background about a dozen times in a row. I didn't watch i just listened while fixing some dinner. The squeak, the groan, the clank of a chain, the thump of the engine, chirp of the tires, clunk and chunk of a shift all perfect. Unmolested and it does incredible work, I mean right down to the sliver missing from the mirror. Perfect. Now lets mention the team. Two men and two machines working as one. That man in the back pretty much knows what the guy in the front is going to do before he does it. The guy in the front gives it just the right amount of throttle at the precise moment it is necessary. The guy in the back knows he has crap for brakes and has both feet on the pedal but doesn't tell the guy in the front.

Rory you guys made dead pulling a vehicle out of Hells Gate look easy. I never noticed the two wrenches hanging above the back window before.
