I think property tax is payable on yearly basis. water bill is also very high 2000 p a is more than enough . After the death of the annutant, one crore will be given to the nominee in all the three plans?

He is fooling the investors. And giving bad advice. He is not taking into account inflation. Inflation will eat away the value of pension. Whereas rental income grows taking into account inflation. Lot of hidden fees in pension/annuity. Annuity or pension is the worst product you can buy. If you die and your joint holder dies you lose the capital. Plus there are surrender charges. But in case of real estate your property is still intact to pass on to your kids or to your charitable ngo. Beware of this guy. He is giving very bad advice. Another good option is do Mutual fund SIP in index funds and setup nominee for your investment account.

Bhaisahab aap inflation ko tabhi beat kar sakte ho jab Paisa bacha ho , aur paisa bachta hai discipline se , aap jo. Advise de rahe ho sip ka usme easy liquidity hone ke vajah se thoda thoda paise nikala jaata hai , therefore my brother due to this indispline there will remain no money to beat 😂 inflation, so don't make fool of yourself too 😂 , my advice to you is , what our forefathers taught us keep your eggs in different different basket , it means invest secure your money thoda in pesion plan thoda in sip thoda in gold thoda in equity thoda in real estate , samjhe bacche😂 S

U're wrong, in case of death, the family will receive 105% of the invested amount as LIC returns the purchase price after death with 5% extra.
