Lucky you got 12 years of payments to make your unit look like a dump. There’s tenants that can do that in 1 year. SFH make for the easiest rentals. My duplex was like 10 times as much work as a few SFHs.

Is that a cast iron enamel sink? Yeah those don’t do well with tenants.
