I'm surprised they built a kitchen without an oven or even a basic stove in a freestanding house. I like the colors and glossy tiles in the bathrooms; maybe adding a bathtub in one of them would be a great addition. Seems to be for a small family with one child like Jira mentioned. Very Thai style, less Western preference and due to the location of course you need a car.

my plan is retire there in my mid 50s. Life is super affordable. Its perfect for small family 2 adults and 2 children. 810 square feet is plenty of space. something similar in USA you are looking easily about 1600 USD a month in Suburbs of Austin, TX. and nowhere near as nice. Hopefully by the time I hit 56-57 I retire and go there for good. Drive way is big enough for 1 car and couple motorbike.

It is a decent rental property. Thailand still a very difficult country to move too. Many restrictions added seemingly on a yearly basis.

It’s not difficult if u are willing to contribute to there economy.Don’t come thinking that it’s like the usa 🇺🇸 or Canada be willing to adopt and change your lifestyle to another culture and tradition.Many foreigners make it hard for themselves that’s why foreigners don’t last long term.
