Right! That's crazy that they think they can just stay at our places without doing one. Sorry but I'm already letting a stranger stay at my place. I need to to get their info on them to look over. I need to make sure they are a good fit for my property.

We have 10 homes we short term rent. However, the last 2 properties I’ve purchased I bought to rent to nurses or travel professionals. I LOVE working with the nurses and the ones I’ve had have been great! Eventually I’d like to switch all my properties to mid-term rentals but things have changed with the travel nurses and contracts are harder for them to find. Hopefully things will get better for them in the future.

I am a travel nurse and this is very true. Also the compensation for travel nursing is not worth it anymore especially if you have your own mortgage

@@alexverchereau5142 I am taking a risk renting the upper level of the house as 2 rooms instead of one unit. But I also have the basement studio I can rent as well so that helps! Actually so far the rooms have been popular and I have always wanted to rent rooms to help nurses! And if I can fill the 2 rooms and the basement studio I can make some good $ So then it's a win/win for both myself and then nurses.

I am moving into a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in May. I will be renting out to other room for travel nurses. I will be paying about $1900 a month for the apartment. I want to charge about $975-$1000 a month for it.

Thank you for posting this! We are considering making our single family 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home into a fully furnished rental. A couple years ago we did an extensive renovation so it's in great shape. We would like to rent to professionals and traveling nurses/doctors. After watching your video it seems that market may be in decline. We could rent the house unfurnished for around $1800/month. However if it is fully furnished including utilities, lawn care, snow removal, etc. we should be at least $2400 - $2600/month. Considering markets vary in price, does this pricing support traveling nurses? The house is in Upstate NY. The Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse area. We are done with long term renters. Too much wear & tear. Looking forward to your comments!

I am frustrated with Furnished Finder. I used to respond to leads, but the person on the other side does not respond back. The profiles are not finished, so, you have not a very good idea of who your prospective renter is.

What about renting entire house but to separate renters taking rooms and sharing kitchen. I have 3 bed, 2.5 bath plus a basement space (but no bath or kitchen down there). So essentially 4 bedrooms.

Hey, quick question, I have single family home with 6 bedrooms(2 bedrooms at the basement) and 4 bedrooms upstairs. But I am using the basement for Airbnb. I want to use the upstairs for furnished finder, one of the rooms has it own full bath(ie.master bedroom) and the remaining 3 rooms share one full bath. Can I use this to do furnished finder business?
