This is pure marketing to buy home in Dubai,.. surplass cash is applicable only when you have Atleast standard savings.. but living at India with normal middle class be very careful to invest unless you have regular savings in your account .. Even he cannot buy house in Dubai if he is a Middle class who has capable savings.. Don’t take his advice, if this guy living a normal life without any savings he won’t suggest Dubai and all.. If anybody doesn't want to invest in Indian Stock Market, Time would call them losers. If still don't want to take risk, invest in Indian corporate bonds AAA rated. Your money will grow. Never risk in Dubai unless that money is coming from illegal sources or through Hawala things. Or extra money which you think it is okay to loose. Never put your hard earned money in such a nation. Hootis and Hamas are just nearby. Nobody knows when a missile will strike in to a small family ruled nation. Invest in big economies where there is future. These small countries looks attractive but at a cost. Even those family rulers are investing in US, Europe, India, Australia like nations.
