Correct Sir. The one property for residential purpose is sufficient and to get attached emotionally. Otherwise second property to earn rental income may not be profitable for few leverage years.

Nirmalaji actually destroyed the real estate in India.She taxes and taxes and with a heavy stamp duty+agency commission this asset class has lost its shine.With most money flowing to capital markets second home buyers' demand will decline soon.

During times of low income, overheads are lower in owned house . And there is always capital appreciation . It s not rental income does not add up to the market returns

Noman Khan. I will suggest you to learn via youtube for one year. Learn candle stick and indicator. How it works. Learn for one year. Put 10k in dmat and start trading in equity cash. If you gain confidence then fix one set up and increase your funds slowly.

Very simple, smart people will know to calculate.. This is pure marketing to buy home in Dubai,.. surplass cash is applicable only when you have Atleast standard savings.. but living at India with normal middle class be very careful to invest unless you have regular savings in your account .. Even he cannot buy house in Dubai if he is a Middle class who has capable savings.. Don’t take his advice, if this guy living a normal life without any savings he won’t suggest Dubai and all.. Guys it’s your hard earned money don’t fall into this trap if ur smart enough.

If anybody doesn't want to invest in Indian Stock Market, Time would call them losers. If still don't want to take risk, invest in Indian corporate bonds AAA rated. Your money will grow. Never risk in Dubai unless that money is coming from illegal sources or through Hawala things. Or extra money which you think it is okay to loose. Never put your hard earned money in such a nation. Hootis and Hamas are just nearby. Nobody knows when a missile will strike in to a small family ruled nation. Invest in big economies where there is future. These small countries looks attractive but at a cost. Even those family rulers are investing in US, Europe, India, Australia like nations.

People who buy property on emi in Mumbai are crying. They made a huge financial decision. Other side smart people pay rent and stay in same building. They getting interest from bank for fd and that money is enough to pay rent. Not They got house, Entire salary in post, having fd in bank and most important is happy in life. The person on loan They show They are happy but they know the reality, They don't have fd, They not receiving interest from bank, They pay half salary to bank,no saving, no investment

To convert nominal GDP to Real GDP, it is divided by a deflator. This deflator is linked to inflation. Manipulate/reduce CPI(Consumer Price Index), & fool people by showing higher GDP. Wah Modi wah 😅

Right. There is only TDS when rent exceeds the limit. If the total rent receivable is > 20L then we have to pay GST.
