Thank you so much for your online lectures. These are helpful especially for us who are enrolled through online universities. This topic of Physical Self is really in line with our current situations. Teenagers nowadays focus on physical appearance more than inner beauty. Social media platforms are the most influential today. We are blinded by what we are seeing online and that changes our point of view with regards to the term "beauty" and later on leads to the disorders that are stated in your lecture.
