I was stationed at the Subic Bay Naval Base in the Philippines in 1972 and spent many nights in the clubs in Olongapo City. Had the time of my life. All the bands were fantastic. These guys are a tribute to the musical talent of the Filipino people. Great Job!

​@@swagemoji5620, our military was always present in the Philippines since WWII. Your islands are a very strategic area for the U.S. and we don't want China or Russia try to take your islands. We were always great allies, I hope we still are, but your President kicked us out of your country. I think your President might be Loco Loco, hehe. I was in the U.S. Navy from 76 to 81. I have friends living in Cebu that I try to visit, the last time I was there was in 2016. I miss the Philippines and the Filipino people. Everyone is so kind and friendly. God Bless Everyone*

I wish I understood Tagalog 😕 When I lived in Hawaii I had so many pinoy friends that spoke Tagalog & Ilocano. I fell in love with the entire Filipino culture (including the food - definitely the food! I want some pancit & lumpia now). Filipinos are the most talented group of people I've ever met anywhere. Never met one that couldn't sing or dance 💙 I have no idea how I'm just finding you guys now, but I can't stop watching your videos. It reminds me of the best part of being in the islands... I grew up listening to these song selections. REO Brothers is an extremely versatile band with a wide range of genre choices. I have 7 brothers but we never got together to share our individual talents. This is what a model family looks like that is the envy of everyone. Keep it up!

This is absolutely extraordinary. Song after song covered spectacularly. The REO Brothers are the best Beatles cover band I've ever heard, but they can cover any song from the 60s, 70s or 80s. Particularly good in this set are the covers of "The Ballad of John and Yoko", the Bee Gees' "Stayin' Alive" and the very difficult "Sultans of Swing". Ronjoseph's guitar on "Sultans of Swing" is extraordinary. Mark Knopfler of Dire Straits is a legendary guitarist and Ronjoseph makes covering the challenging lead guitar in this song appear effortless. Not only do the REO Brothers get all the chords right when they cover a song, they manage to sound like the original artist in the vocals as well. I don't know of any other band that has managed to reproduce the complicated sounds of the Beatles' "A Day in the Life the way the REO Brothers have done". And Raymart can sound just like John Lennon in vocals while Ralph can reproduce the Paul McCartney's voice perfectly. Reno is a master at reproducing the signature style of the great Ringo Starr on drums. Four (sometimes five) brothers, all with absolutely extraordinary talent who keep producing outstanding KZbin video after outstanding KZbin video. Thank you, guys!

Amazing. Truly amazing. On some of their songs, if you close your eyes, you'd swear it was the original artist! Very soothing too. I listen to REO brothers all the time to keep calm, and it works. (I recently was in hospital several times with cardiac issues. Not to worry. A friend set up a GoFundMe to help with the huge bills, and I have mastered keeping calm thanks in part to this great music).
