What's going on with Bruce? Last tour his voice was shot. Did he decide to retire?

Apparently Bruce was out for back surgery: reospeedwagon.com/update-on-bruce/ He's supposed to return this year.

@@ConcertLog I think maybe a short break will turn into full retirement. Like I said, he could not sing Back on the Road Again last tour and maybe it's time to retire.

@@joekingsley7642 he wants to come back said on his Facebook that he was cleared by doctors, but it was decided his posture was not good enough to perform. Sounds like the band, or someone in the band isn’t wanting him to come back yet. back on the road has never been a great song in my opinion and I don’t miss it out of the set list, but they haven’t really added anything to replace it
