for clarification, sae and shidou have time to talk because during free kicks you have to wait for the referee to draw a line for the wall, make sure everyone is ready and then they blow the whistle so it gives the attacking team a minute or so to devise a plan for the free kick

@JavieraReacts he iss!! Notice how Sendou said his curving ability is as good as Itoshi Sae, and he's also left footed + playing midfielder like Sae- lots of parallel, it's like Sae if he was a nice person 💀

Before the match started, ego had said that there could be a maximum of 3 substitute players. 2 people entered the field and only 1 more player can enter from the reserves. Even though we see him as limited in the third selection (Due to the fact that he has less screen time while playing, less effects are used for him, and his skills are not understood because he is in the worst animated match.) Hiori is one of the best support players in blue lock with his superior vision, passing and ball control weapons. So, considering our current situation in the match, he is a player who will be much more useful than Chigiri. Chigiri has critical mistakes, and both the ego and Chigiri itself say this. If he had not given up on football when his leg was injured and continued to work, his leg would now be strong enough to last until the end of this match. Likewise, he was in poor condition because he ran much harder than everyone else. For example, Nico is okay because he's sure he could do better if he didn't hurt his foot, but Chigiri can't say that. He doesn't have the physicality to do better and he regrets it because he is responsible for it.

ohhh, okay yeah i didn't remember ego saying there could be only 3 subs, i agree Hiori is a super useful player and Chigiri's situation which is unfortunate but true:(

The most incredible moments come in the next episode. On the other hand , for today's episode when it comes to goals i've nothing to say but for the rest its disgusting as usual and besides shidou's goal is crazy. The animators really abuse with CGI et 3d .

i think the budget probably went to the goals instead of the season overall bc the goals have all been great but the rest of the match had been a bit questionable at parts

i wonder if they will ever show Rin and Sae´s parents, because its so weird that they havent show them still, unless something happened to them. And is this match they would have to be 100% since their teams are clashing, but i guess something happened to them or maybe they just dont watch their futbol games and have a chill life.

maybe Rin was so close to Sae bc they weren't as close to the parents? I don't know, surely they're somewhere there watching though

Watch the parents actually be nice people 😭 also we saw a glimpse of them in Rin + Sae flashback when Sae was going to Spain
