Nice to see you adding Dorohedoro to your collection! After I finished the anime I decided to get the manga as well and man it's good!! The art is so dark and gorgeous and the story is amazing as well. If only the translators didn't do a shit job with the senpai/Shin/boss thing🙃 made some of the speech bubbles confusing as hell. And yeah the last volume is sadly out of stock for almost a year now but hopefully restock is coming soon. Anyway I hope you will enjoy reading it as much as I did!

I'm loving it! I didn't know that there were translation issues, does it affect the overall manga or is it more of a small problem?

@@TommyCollectsManga Oh no, it's not like it hinders the story but if you watched the anime first you will certainly see what I mean. The first 4 volumes had translation notes at the back of the volumes and Noi calling Shin "senpai" was translated to simple Shin. (not that big of a problem but I personally don't like when they exclude those original nuances from manga, seriously if you are reading Dorohedoro you probably already know what senpai means, so why?!) But from vol 5 on - no translation notes and "senpai" is now translated as "Boss" which in later volumes with En and Shin together in scenes you often have no idea who is talking to whom as, everybody apart from Noi calls En the Boss. especially when it's just speech bubbles in panels. It just creates confusion in already complex story. And in my opinion also kinda ruins the vibe you get from Shin and Nois relationship. Anyway sorry for such a long explanation 😅 Most people probably don't care anyway I just prefer translations that are as close to original as possible 😊
