When PBM's and Health Insurance companies are for profit publicly traded companies it is obvious that they have to show revenue growth year on year which means higher costs for payers! Why is this not obvious? It does not take a McKinsey consultant to figure out this.

Even a country like Ukraine of 36 million people can find a few oligarchs and monopolies to bust. I'm not surprised it took Republicans this long to locate a few monopolies of their own to bust. Just proves that even a poor country like Ukraine can be smarter than our elected Congress people.

I work in a pharmacy. 100% true. My cost for X is $5, I sell it to you for $9-$10. If you have insurance, I’m forced to shut up and charge you $20. Then the PBM does a clawback and takes $10 back from me. That’s why your meds are so high. I have no control when you have insurance.
