If we have to cut back we cut back. But that should also include cutting Congressmen and Senators pay by half, make them pay for their own health care like the rest of us and most importantly a complete end to the purchasing and selling of stocks while serving in Congress. So I know this sounds crazy but if we have to cut back we ALL should have to cut back.
