This aid to Ukraine should have been packaged as part of the military budget as it always has been. Given that Republicans insist it be paid for separately, let’s dock some of the massive tax cuts that have been given to the ultra wealthy ($2.2 Trillion by Republicans). Because the money Democrats are spending is building our country (roads, bridges, better wi-fi for all, better paying jobs for the middle-class, etc.)

Did Buck say why he isn't running for reelection? This sounds like a swansong hatchet job on his way out. Looks like it may possibly be time to take heed to an old saying , follow the money. Its strange that he take such a radical shift in posture concerning the 2020 elections Its time for a purge of the old career politicians and to make it illegal for them to be employed by lobbiests after they step down.
