I feel like for the weight capacity, I would've purchased this rack instead of the PR-4000. However, the fact that flip-down safeties and flat-sandwich j-cups don't seem to be available detracted me from this setup. If you don't care about protecting your barbell as much as I do, this looks like a fantastic rack for the price.
