Yes, very true. I find that modern American society unfortunately has not been raised to value the Constitution as it was intended. Arguably, Americans have been raised to value feeling entitled, superior, and selfish for many years. Unfortunately we are losing reputable government service folks rapidly. They don't think it's safe to work on behalf of the public any more. Crazies in the halls of our government are taking over. If Americans don't stand up to vote for honorable people, America is lost. The 2022 election may be the end of American elections decided by the people. Do you want to live in a lawless criminal society? Your vote may decide the future. If you choose not to vote, you are, in effect, voting against your own best interest. Voting for Republicans in 2022 guarantees the end of freedom and democracy and ensures racism, fascism, autocracy and dictators. Remember the Republicans who went to Russia after Hellsinki. They sold America for the promise of their having a future oligarchy in America. Republicans sold their soles for money, power and control. Republicans have spent 40 years of taking away from the population. It's time Americans go to the polls and take back their rights.
