good job but at 5:30 you should tested pin 2 "out" and make sure it's 5V, the over heating means higher voltage.

videodaki gibi ams1117 yerine lm7805 kullansak uzun vadede bir sorun olur mu? datasheetlere yanlış bakmadıysam ayakların bağlantısı doğru değil videoda, ondan çalışmamıştır herhalde.

Merhaba, videoda çalışıyor ancak işlemci ışınıyor. Belki dediğiniz gibi bir hata yapmışımdır. Kağıt üzerinde değerleri aynı, fakat belirttiğim gibi ben denediğimde ısınıyordu. Uzun vadede ne olur bilemiyorum

I test my my mega 2560 to relay 16 channel with PSU 12v 5A as a VCC , everything looks fine till i use serial monitor my laptop turn off forced and arduino board to when i try to connect arduino to PC again seems port cant read , its CPU problem or reglulator promblem?

Your arduino might be shorting. Please check any pyhiscal damage on the usb port or surrounding components. Be careful, shorting usb port of the computer it might burn the motherboard. It is hard to say something without seeing it but highlikely your arduino is damaged. Does the leds turn on when you powered it via usb? Try to power it with powerbank instead of your computer

In my case UNO power led glow for one sec then rest, when i connect 5v usb supply. Any solution ? Sorry for my bad English.

Power sockets could be broken, I had that problem before. It could be like broken headset cable, they only work at one angle. Check the connectors before changing any components. You can use voltmeter to make sure they are conduct electricty.

I connect the ardunio uno with computer power supply my voltage regulator burn ASM1117 5.0 DN913 NOW I BUY NEW REGULATOR ASM1117 5.0 GTY50 WHEN I CONNECT THE USB OR ADAPTER TO BOARD ON USB THE SHOW RED LIGHTS AND OFF AND HEAT... AND WHEN I CONNECT THE CHARGER 5 VOLT THEY SHOW RED LIGHT AND CONDUCT A HEAT..... BUT RED LIGHTS ON.... WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?

Aydın bey, selamlar. Mega kartıma Ramps bağladım ve 4 step motor kullanıyorum. Ramps kartını 12V ile beslediğimde Meganın AMS1117 bileşeninin aşırı ısındığını fark ettim. Bunun haeicinde sistem sorunsuz bir şekilde çalılıyor. Sizce AMS1117yi değiştirmeli miyim? Bu kadar çok ısınınca yanmasından korkuyorum.

Merhaba, elektronik komponentlerin yük altında ısınması normal. Buradan birşey söylemek zor. Sıcaklığını ölçme imkanınız var mı ? Elinizle dokunabiliyor musunuz ? Endişeli iseniz alternatif olarak pasif bir soğutucu blok (heat sink) kullanabilirsiniz.

@@AydnSEN Cevabınız için teşekkür ederim. Ramps kartını söküp Motor Shield taktım ve 12v 2a ile besledim. Bu durumda herhangi bir ısınma olmadı. Sanırım Ramps kartımda bir sorun var. Ayrıca, Megaya boş sketch yükleyip Rampsı tekrar bağladım ve yine Meganın A1117 bileşeninde ısınma oldu. Rampsın hangi bileşeni bozulmuş olabilir?

@@UzunKamis AMS1117 nin kartın üzerindeki görevi yanındaki birkaç komponent ile beraber 5v voltaj regülatörü olarak çalışması. 12v u 5v a düşürürken ısınması normal. Ancak ramps modülünde ısınmasının sebebi, ramps modülünün 5v a çokça ihtiyaç duyması olduğunu zannediyorum. Ramps üzerindeki voltaj beslemesini yapın ve kartın üzerinde header veya lehim yaparak aktif edebileceğiniz, arduinoyu besle gibi seçeneği aktif edin. Dolayısıyla arduioyu kartın üzerinden besliyeceginiz için, arduino üzerindeki AMS1117 yi kullanmamış olacaksınız. Zira ramps üzerinde de benzer bir voltaj regülatörü var. Şuan benim ramps modülüm ile deneme şansım malesef yok. 2 3 hafta sonra ancak müsait olacağım. Detaylı sorunuz olursa instagram üzerinden yazarak ulaşabilirsiniz. @aydxn_sn

Hi mr. Aydin, Can you help me with this please? I have [2] Arduino Mega 2560 and one Ramp 1.4 with Lcd 2004 connected Both Arduino working well half working?? 1st Arduino can't see anything on the Lcd, only when I connect it to my Computer using Usb cable The 2nd can't deducted when connect the Usb but still can see everything on the Lcd, that's mean I can't upload anything new to 2nd Arduino and can't work with 1st Arduino because nothing on the Lcd Sorry it’s complicated and I can't find out the problem Hope you can Thanks a lot and best regards Mustafa

Hi Mustafa, Did you checked the first arduino voltage regulator? I have had same problem.Voltage regulators are weak on clone arduino. Make sure the power line works. For the second arduino, I couldn't understand your problem exactly. Would you give me more information please?

@@AydnSEN Thank you very much Sorry I wasn't clear Arduino (1) when connected to my pc I got error no port So I can't do any update on it. But with power on the LCD show what is in that Arduino but can't change anything the computer can't see Arduino (USB) port Arduino (2) when connected to my PC work with it very good, but the same LCD shows nothing only light. So both are useless unless I fix them (but No idea what’s the problem)

Se calienta con el 7805 por que esta mal , el (7805 = pin 1 es input ,pin 2 ground ,pin 3output) en smd(ax1117 y ams1117 -5.0= pin1 gnd, pin2 output, pin3 input ) corrige el video o muchos quemaran el arduino

Just to make sure, no Arduino were hurt in that video :D I know their pins are different and you should watch entire video before making comments. I already mentioned it.

I hope u respond to this I have an Arduino uno i shorted 5v to gnd directly . it powered off after i removed the short it powered on but no longer detected on my laptop or any other device It was connected to my laptop when this happend When connected through usb it have power but is not detected

Hey, of course I'm going to respond. Can you try with different usb port ? Can you see arduino on device menager after connecting to your computer ?

@@Khaled-El-Shora Check the socket pins, I burned 1 out of 4 once. It was powering but was not transfering data. Also, if you have spare cable please try that as well.

Let's see... 1. Put board on ESD generato plastic bag. 2. Power supply leads same length. can touch (probably did). 3. Pry up on solder pads. F*.

Morning Bob 🖖I'm glad that u know something about electronics. ESN is big deal as you said but even todays chineese circuit boards can handle it well, 90's over. I'm sure your power supply has reverse polarization protection as like mine.(They didn't btw 😂) Lastly, I didn't damage the solder pads but I wish I had hot air station to repair it properly.
