All BOSE PODs are the same? Mine is from Bose Companion 5 and was not switching to green. I had to fight to power up to green. One day, suddenly, it stopped to send audio to both speakers. The speakers looks ok with multimeter.

DeoxIT works wonders too :) mine was acting up going up and down by it self and didint go full volume ans static . sprayed some in it and yep problem solved :)

@HabibtiTV i sprayed the potentiometer on top of it after taking the top plastic off and also did the same on the otherside under the board were the solder joints are at. Still working so far but over time it might be best too just replace the potentiometer down the road but deoxit does work wonders for this kind of stuff ;)

Get it away from other cables or power. Static charge can cause disruption

Mine sounds very very low. The bright green light is now very faint. The button on top stop muting and the turning of volume of up and down
