братка я лично не берусь за тормозные диски , как не упрашивают меня , я говорю выкинь и купи новый жизнь дороже , я даже на свой авто хотя я токарь покупаю новый диски и не парюсь , не такие это большие деньги раз в 3-5 лет поменять диски

@@xoxma2053 нужно брать авто под свои средства , что бы можно было потянуть все расходники и прочее затраты , а брать авто которое потянуть не можешь и потом начинаешь калхозить ну это такое себе занятие , кстати был такой чел , сален блоки на беху дорого купить было , так с какого то авто приперли проточить и отрезать в размер нужно было , на слова , а че родные не купишь сказал блин знаешь сколько они стоят , я вот эти за копейки переделаю и буду гонять , пытался вразумить мол зачем тебе тогда такое авто если не можешь его потянуть , мне сказали тебе не понять это ж БЕМЕВЕ !!!

Thanks for sharing. But this is not a good way to hold the part. You should clamp it down to chuck(remove all jaws). May be use a through spindle bolt (custom made), may be three or four bolts.

i dont think the customer would pay for any additional time on this job. Probably best to bolt to a mandrel thats for sure running true. There is no way He could spend the time on tooling for one job. He just has to get it done and He does

Sekedar masukan aja gan, harusnya proses centering di mesin bubut pakai dial gauge, karena dari pengalaman, kalau ada oleng 15 micron aja , hasilnya kopling nya kurang smooth. Mphon dikoreksi kalo salah 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

What about skimming the back of the plate which gets mounted on the crank? Same as you do with brake disks?

Well not skimming the back of a plate but mounting that back surface with some bolts to A fixture chucked up in the lathe, that would ensure that the area that you’re resurfacing will run parallel to the flange on the crankshaft, therefore ensuring coaxiality

Sehr gute LEHRE hast Du gehabt - Sehr gut improvisiert :Applause: Tut man nicht immer , über KREUZ , Dinge anziehen und nicht rundrum oder von links herrum - Über Kreuz verhindert Verzug - Es ist das , welche Schraube zuerst anziehen und welche dann etc ...... Wie bei einen 2-takt Zylinderkopf bsp ? Ich mag Deine/Eure Videos sehr , erinnert Mich an Meine "Lehren" "Ausbildungen" , aber Euer improvisieren ist Super , es erfüllt immer den Zweck und das finde Ich abzulut "sauber gelöst" .. Euro Videos inspirieren , Meine Neuen Dreh und Fräse maschine endlich 100% zu machen ( es ist eine "gekaufte" und braucht natürlich Nachbesserungen , um überhaupt "Standart" zu sein - der Schlitten , der Quersupport hieht aus der spindel , es muß also Luft im Spiel sein ...... aber wenn Ich mal die Sache geklärt habe (Ich bau Mir eine Schloßmutter) , dann sollte Meiner Erfindergabe nix mehr im Wege stehen . Ihr Inspiriert Mich ! Und dafür ein großen Dank ! Ps: Immer wenn Ich die schlüssel im Bett liegen sehe und die BACKEN sind voll ausgefahren; krieg Ich Erinnerungen an All die Unfälle, die passieren könnten . Jemand in der lehre hatte doch tatsächlich das Vier-Backenfutter angezogen , die linke Hand am Schlüssel gelassen , welcher noch im 4-Backenfutter steckte und schaltete die Maschine an , das Futter drehte sicherlich auf 1000 oder mehr Touren an und erwischte prompt die linke Hand. #krankenhaus Also so ein Schlüssel im Bett , erinnert an schreckliche Momente ----> natürlich weiß Ich , das da keine Backen hinunterreichen , um den Schlüsseln im Bett einen ANTRIEB zu verleihen , der es in sich hätte - Es ist so der untere Schlitten (längs) der was vom Bett schiebt , das wiederrum bäumt sich auf , weil etwas anderes im Weg ist -.......... Niemand mag Actionvideos von Jemanden hinter der Drehbank, der Länderübergreifend Sein KNOW HOW weitergibt !

wayyy too much material was removed from the flywheel you suppose to remove 0.004 not 0.4... now the clutch has to over extend to touch the flywheel.

Actually the flywheel should have been replaced, along with a new clutch disk & pressure plate. That flywheel had obvious heat stress signs all over the crankshaft side. That clutch won't last too long.

@@monera9675 yes, i know that. I went through auto mechanics training 35 years ago. I'm referring to the blue heat spots on the backside of the flywheel, & if you're going to remove the transmission to do what he did, it's better to replace the pressure plate & clutch disk, not to mention a new flywheel since the old one definitely needs replaced.
