confirmed: worked for my JBL Live 500bt. Did not screw back one of the triangular screws, because they were REALLLY difficult to get out. If you are doing the side with the buttons, make sure the switch mechanism on the underside of the green board fits back snugly in the physical switch part on the outside. I did not put a piece of paper on the table, and damaged grandma's table with the screwdriver :)

you can from inside remove pin blacking part.

i got the jbl live 660nc it looks very smilier to this one and i have a simlier problem, so one of the housing pins broke on my left earcup and the problem is i dropped it in the gym and can't find the pin. is there a way i could fix it?

Thank you very much, this video helped me solve the audio output intermittence on my left speaker on my JBL 650BTNC. I was about to leave it because I couldn't remove the ring from the beginning, but I tried one last time with strength and care not to break it and finally I was able to remove it. After that everything was much simpler.

you need disassembly headphone housing, because only from inside you can remove pin blocker.

Does anyone know how to fix the part that connects the earpiece to the band, or the part that lets it fold? I got one for a week and one just pops easily and doesn't provide the same amount of support as when I got it. I would greatly appreciate help on the matter.

@@TechscrewDIY probably, its the the metal band part that extends in and out, the segment that connects that to the actual ear piece just falls out with little to no effort.

@@TechscrewDIY all good now. I cut through the plastic before the screws on the top and soldered unconnected wires. They might look bad but they work now. 😮‍💨😍
