Necroware does that water washdown on virtually every board he works on with a very high success rate.

Will need to check him out, thanks! For me, washing a board is water just goes against everything I thought I knew. It genuinely felt so wrong...

I remember a video where @The8BitGuy put a motherboard in his dishwasher. Lol. I think this sort of thing is fine with the proper care and drying afterwards. Nice video. Looking forward to more.

Hey, Happy New Year and thanks for the comment! TBH, I was kinda freaked out by the that whole experience (if you couldn't tell) and personally, unless it's absolutely necessary, I'll stick to Isopropyl!

Great job so far! I think there's nothing wrong with scrubbing something that bad in the sink, provided you rinse it off with IPA and dry it properly! I did the same thing to a super dirty sound card recently!
