Repair SR8855 Navibot C01 error

Navibot SR8855 repair. The navibot was giving a C01 error (Main Brush error) that was not the case guys. First the motor was dead and some parts on the board were burn and blown.After replaiceing the motor with a new the navibot was working but the main brush was spinning non stop so i had to replace and the burned parts on the main board to completely repair it.

Had same issue, but these mosfets (fds4897c) were burn due to motor fault. Check your motor before you replace fauly components.Usually they died due to fauly motor. Motor can be found on aliexpress (For ilife v7/v7s/v7s pro/v7s plus ).

Is FDS4897C the rigth chip type to look for? Mine is burnt and no marks are visibile...

Hello,i have the same problem. I 've change both the chips with FDS4897C, but now the robot don't start (power down immediatly when he leave the charge base) . If i restore the original chips , the problem back to C01 (motor brush dosen't work, the encoder count work correctly). Any suggestion? Anyone know ho to check the motor module? thank you in advance Giacomo

Hi, my hoover will not charge. I put it into the dock but the green light will not come on. Any advice would be much appreciated.

zackpsych1974 first let's go step by step. check on the charger pins is there electricity.

Hello,i have the same problem. I change both the chips with FDS4897C, but now the robot don't start; error C09. If i move it from the charge base, it powering off. The battery is full. Also If I remove both the chips and try the robot, he return to the original problem. Any Idea ? Someone have the eletric schema ? I'll go crazy..Thank you very mouch.Giacomo

I was taking the video for you about the problem with that robot and omg what an earth! it went nicely in charger and loading now!! green light and all! well this was a miracle or you very good fixer haha. I have this problem 2 months and it never worked, but now. nice! thanks for your time!

on 0:51 check behind the yellow cover. behind the main brush but you have to completely disassemble the robot
