Go to the Workshop And in Upgrade(wrench option) install Nitro (Nos)(cylinder)

No without Niro like you car makes when you rev it

Then For Rev Burst You Must Have To Upgrade Your Vehicle So That It Can Reach More Speed . You May Notice That When I Give A Rev The Speedometer Goes Till A point When It Make Flames .
