This time, I get a little redemption on the Late Model transmission, after finding it essentially blown up. I use a bunch of leftover parts and piece it back together into a freshly rebuilt, race ready transmission!

To fix the cracked trans cases use your angle grinder and grind a deep grove along the crack. Use your heater or something to get the hole case pretty hot. Then use your oxy & acet with your cutting tip and braze the groove that you cut. Done properly it will be stronger than before. Oh yeah don't forget to FLUX FLUX and more FLUX. That is an absolute must. I enjoy your videos.

As to the "sparking" you speak of at the beginning, do you have any idea yet what caused it? If you have random sparking from your garage electrical system, that's a major issue, and you could be forced into building a new garage when this one goes up in flames. None of us want to see that happen, of course. You'd lose everything in the garage. It would be a nightmare.
