Hello. What kind of gasket did you uae?

I used automotive gasket paper, thickness was around 0.6mm from memory

I am experiencing the same. Did you change that butterfly or repair the coin?

I rotated it 180 degrees so the worn part faces the opposite direction. This seems to have completely fixed the issue. Alternatively, you could make up a new brass disk but you have to make sure that dimensionally it is exactly the same as the original disk.
