Couldn’t agree more, however, it’s just a farmers access road. I built hundreds of roads like this in my younger years for logging access, they held up fine for one season, they they wash away.

Only reason them RDS don't last is they really don't know how to build them you gotta cut it in where the Rd bed is going I learned to build MTN RDS yrs ago all the fluff will just wash away Rd bed and All

My point exactly I mean who approve these projects and who are these project managers; loose sand soil or even clay what kind of road is that going to be; even pedestrian or horse roads it doesn’t matter it’s a widow maker anyway rain or shinny sun the dirt hasn’t been compacted or gravel thrown over it and what about the personnel and resources; My question is what do these roads serve, farms villages shopping supplies, health facilities and how many inhabitants do they serve, do these pple take part in the ecosystem / environment and politics of the region, is there any research geographical or geological and or soil scientist study
