Nice patch job. I have a few commercial flooring questions for you if ya dont mind? I was thinking of making the move Texas soon from craphole Seattle. Trying to figure out which larger city is booming in commercial construction. Also what type of prices for glue down carpet do subs get on commercial projects if ya know? I specialize in hanging cove base here and wondering if Texas shops even sub out the base like they do here. i know just base sounds weird but been in business since 2003 do roughly 100 to 200kk ft per year by myself. thanks.

Do you always put the blade on the inside when trace cutting the patch? In other words, in the inside notch on the top cutter?

I only use one blade in the cutter. Not two like you would do if you are cutting a large seam for an installation.
