We started our week visiting a handful of our crews as they were working on foundation repair projects. Our first stop, in Diamond Bar, was with Jesse and his crew on their first day at a big pretty big commercial building that has settled well over seven inches!! The first day consisted primarily on prepping the job site and beginning to excavate the pier locations, but the project consists of 87 push piers, 12 helical tie-backs, and 16,000 sq/ft of polyurethane.
Our second stop was with Dimitri and his crew as they were installing 59 push piers, 14 helical tie-backs, and 1,900 sq/ft of polyurethane for void fill. This particular project is pretty large, with the home sitting at roughly 11,000 sq/ft and a foundation that has settled over four inches!
