Very good video! Don't you think that you have put a very small resistance? The resistor that you have removed seems to be 1W, while the one you have put in seems to be 1/4W. Thanks for sharing.

I'm glad you liked it my Friend🙏🙂🤝🍀 Yes, I put a small resistor because I didn't have 1W, but when I measured the current it was about 5mA and it didn't heat up. But it is recommended to put 1W.

@@ErCanEverything Its not a resistor, its a coil... look at the symbol on the circuit board, and compare it with the ones for the missing relay elsewhere.... Thats a broken inductor you took out, not a resistor. Of course, replacing it with a resistor still gets the thing working and in fact you could have replaced the thing with a wire link and it would have still worked. But the reason that old "resistor" is so big is not because it is a 1W resistor... its because its really an inductor!

My mistake is I mistook that 2.2mH inductor with a 2.2K resistor🤦
