The concept of goat is subjective. Good on you for sticking with your favorite as the GOAT and not tossing her aside just for losing. That is a real fan. But here is the thing, we live in a world where multiple people can be the goat. It doesnt have to be so toxic and competitive. If who you think it the goat is different from who someone else thinks is the goat, the odds are that they are both the goat in different ways. I think people should move away from the label of goat and start using the term "generational player" instead. I think that allows for more discussion without so much aruging. Because that much nobody can deny. Clark was a generational player who's records and impact on the game will stand for some time. I am hopin for a much less toxic season in the fall with so many people tearing these girls apart but we will see.

A lot of emotional growth by Coach Staley and her team this past season. Cardoso learnt a lot about that thin line between thuggery and aggressive basketball. Too good. There is a reason why the nation's top scorer has never made a Men's or Woman's Final until this year. Only way SC could lose was for Clark and Iowa to shoot over 70% and have the 50/50 calls go their way. Between the final two to three minutes neither happened
