Hi Jen.I tried to retrieve my cpt codes notes that I paid via online on December 20 but apparently I didn't download right away. How can I go back to download the notes.

How do I download my PDFs? First is check your email you added to for the order. Also, looking for your PDFs directly on site seems to be easier on a desktop version of the site. Here are some tips. First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, add medicalcodingbyjen and codingbyjen to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future. For now, you can not still access your digital purchases in your account. It is usually easier to find on desktop version. Where can I find my digital purchases in my account? To access your digital files from your account: Your account. Go to Purchases Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. INSIDE the email all you have to do is click on the tiny photo of the item you purchased inside site andor email and it will instantly download. Please get someone, a friend, family member, co worker to help with your device you are using inperson downloads or reach out ON THE ORDER to contact the chat feature ON the Order from the exact site you ordered from. Hi Jen, I have the 2021 study guide, is that still okay to use or I need to buy a new one? I’m kinda late for the exam I went and finish school last 2020 I’m scared of the exam but I regret waiting for a long time to review and take the exam.
