It is Godly fear that leads to repentance. If you listen to a sermon and you don't feel any guilt or fear, then you have no need of repentance. To repent is to turn from sin. If you have not sinned, then you lie. You must repent of sin and be saved. That is the reason Jesus came to this sinful world. He came to save us from sin.

You didnt listen to understand, you listened to criticize. I dont always support what Damina says but here he showed the true meaning of repentance from the original Greek or Hebrew words. He says it is actually a change of believe not a change of behavior He further buttressed that a change in believe will lead to a genuine change in behavior. It's very simple. What's the use of feeling guilty and forcefully changing a behavior for a few weeks and going back to it. Change of behavior caused by change of belief is always genuine. Very simple.
