Luck works as follows in co-op: Personal effects (such as Holy Light or Tough Love) are based off of the player that holds them's stats. (If Isaac has 9 luck and Tough Love, he will always have teeth shot, even if T. Lazarus has -302 luck) General luck-based things (such as room clear rewards) are based off the sum of all of the player's stats. For example, a Keeper, an Isaac, an Eden with +0.5 luck and a Cain would act like they had -0.5 luck at the start of a run (-2 + 0 + 0.5 +1 = -0.5)

Btw a really nice tip to pull the trick of grabbing both items in alt floors is to position yourselves normally against the walll and then set a time using chat referring to the in game timer to both run at the same time (Eg press "W" at :15:35), it worked most of the times I tried it with my friend even with horrible ping :)

Actually, as far as I'm aware, the game takes out of save-file of the person who has the least. So if someone without alt rooms were to join you, you wouldn't have alt rooms, even if you are the host. And likewise if someone has little items unlocked, you wouldn't get the items that this one person doesn't have.

I learned that if you play t-bluebaby and hold a poop above you and get hit, it glitches and sticks on you, not breaking even when you shoot!! it only breaks once you leave the floor or get hit! So if you get an angel poo you keep the bonus that helps the team and you! Buuuutttt, you can't throw another poo or bottle it
