Electrical can definitely be tricky. I feel more comfortable with it in situations like this, where it's just a matter a switching out a simple part.

Only thing different on mine is it has a full heat shield under liner piece. Makes it tough to access wires. Have to reach through the warming oven at bottom

Don't twist wires your connecting with a wire nut, it does it for you
