There was an important step that you just skipped and the part you skipped is very crucial that if you don't do it correctly you will have a lot of paper jam issues. When placing the pressure roller back, you must put it back exactly how it was. There are two locks black and white on left and right side. Both locks must go over on the end of the pressure roller. Both ends must sit on the spring loaded U bracket so that you wont have paper jam issues. I learned it the hard way.
