One question please Help..is this thing common on Mercedes W204 because mine just did this, does not want to start and the dealer told me is a common problem they say that the fob key has a certain number of starts and they stop starting,,,,,,, is this true?

Too common! Put key in, if motor moves and you hear noise, LEAVE key in, take negative off battery, then you can take key out as you now have unlocked the steering. Looks like the NEC security chip counts starting with dying motor and then stops further starting if you did it too many times.

Yes, unless you have a very small disk for your angle grinder, you can look forward to a two hour job with hacksaw! Also remove the rest of the bolt left inside the ESL as it may stop the sliding part. Bad news: Like in my case the web tells me you have to give your ESL/EIS/key to a company for flashing and they may not accept your handiwork as they claim there are motors and there are motors (?) plus if you drill out the pins, they will sell you a new lid plus the drilled out junk will mess up the insides, etc. so they cannot give you one-years worth of guarantee?
