Navidrome is based on the Subsonic API. The last release of Subsonic was just over five years ago, and that interface feels more polished than Navidrome, to me. I'm hoping for a self-hosted music player that continues to have updates, but Navidrome doesn't seem to be it. Especially with the lack of basic features like SSO/LDAP. I keep hoping they'll get things added, though!

It’s a great idea but I have too many clients and that would take time to get implemented.

Navidrome would be great however there isn't an app for it. It's based on Sunsonic. Nobody's steaming media from their pc's these days.

Navidrome is just a pretty fronted for the Subsonic API. There are apps you can download that interface with subsonic, personally I use an app called Symfonium to stream from my (accessible from the Internet) Navidrome instance when I'm not home

@rural_nerd I'll check it out but so far PlexAmp has been the way.
