Replace the FEP film on a Phrozen Sonic Mini 4K vat

This is how I replace the FEP film on a MSLA 3D printer. This printer is a Phrozen Sonic Mini 4K, but the procedure applies to any masked SLA printer.

I've changed mine 3 times and I get it too tight every time

I just laid the film into the frame. I didn't use any super secret technique. Share a video of what's going wrong.
