How did you get the other end out of the metal housing? Ya so hard I’m having a big issue getting it out

you could try to put the battery out from otherside.

only from us,but for personal use,it hard battery to change battery not repair it,because it's danagerous and hard to remove the battery cover.

do you means that connector name? if so,it's D-SUB connector

It is a d sub 7w2 with straight cupper pins ( because there is another with curve pins)

What was wrong whit the battery? Old connector looked ok, was i t loosing contact? Mine just cuts off at higher load and shows E6 before shutdown, Then I have to remove a and put back the batery to restart. Voltages on all rows sems ok, between 3.6 and 3.8V. Any suggestions? Thanks!

為什麼我的正負極跟你的是相反的？ 我的正極在A2右邊負極在A1左邊，真奇怪，而且塑膠蓋打不開我不敢短路測試電壓值。

塑胶盖里面灌了胶水，比较难打开，非专业人员不建议自己拆电池。
