I also add new grip to my decks after a couple of months, plus I sand off the old graphic and spray with clear coat. Feels like riding a brand new deck!

Never thought to replace grip and repair chips. I wonder if wood filler would work good for that. Great videos though man, I really like the things you go over. I don't see many skaters go over these sort of things

I just compare my board to a new sheet of grip tape. If you can see a huge difference, it's time to change it.
