Although I give you props for hooking the wire under the terminal which is common practice for solid conductors (NM) under any terminal, stranded wire is more forgiving so it is not needed, and if you do not know which terminal screw goes where on the plug, you could get the polarity wrong. I don't recommend removing terminal screws on plugs. Just strip the wire back to the desired length and tighten down under the terminal. Great video otherwise.
