@dmrservices144 This item does not have a number because Ricoh only sells the entire unit. The charging roller is only compatible so there is no number. What country are you from?

USA, having issues with charge unit premature failure in PCU.i know ricoh has bulletin on it but need to source charge units instead of having to to replace entire PCU
